Smart Water Bottle
I won this smart water bottle in a raffle recently - something I probably wouldn’t have bought myself, but it is fun to use. The cost is a little more than a standard reusable water bottle, but may be worth it:
Pros:
It can definitely help you remember to drink with adjustable settings, colorful lights, and notifications
It’s easy to enter other fluid consumed into the app
You can manually adjust the fluid goal
Cons:
The water bottle is on the small side at 21 ounces - but other sizes are available
You may wind up using your phone more often, which can disrupt your focus
The app’s features are limited unless purchasing the premium version
Keep in mind that smart water bottles don’t track the liquid obtained from food, which is higher if you eat more fruits and vegetables!
