This time of year has me enjoying cooking more than usual. Quinoa bowls with veggies and beans and chia seed pudding with grapes, mango, or berries have been my new favorites for packed lunches. And I can’t help buying more butternut squash - so lovely and versatile! It has been an unusually warm and sunny week in Pennnsylvania. We even barbecued yesterday - a great day to hang out outside!
